以N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和N-叔丁基丙烯酰胺(NT-BA)为共聚单体,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,通过无皂乳液聚合的方法制备了一系列三元共聚物温敏性微凝胶.测定结果表明,所得微凝胶具有规则的球形结构且粒径分布均一,引入疏水性单体NTBA能有效调节共聚物微凝胶的低临界溶解温度(LCST),并对其药物负载与释放进行了初步探索.
