高级检索

采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜观察及力学性能测试等方法,研究了亚温淬火对S135钻杆钢显微组织及力学性能的影响.结果表明:在760~800℃进行亚温淬火处理,S135钻杆钢可获得铁素体和马氏体的双相组织;随着亚温淬火温度的升高,马氏体体积分数不断增加,铁素体体积分数不断减少,材料的硬度和强度升高,塑性和韧性下降,材料由韧性断裂向脆性断裂转变,其微观断口特征由最初的韧窝转变为解理.
