基于Thermo-Calc 和相关文献测试数据所推导出的Fe2Ti在铁素体中的平衡固溶度公式,结合Fe2Ti的形成自由能,推导出了钛在铁素体中的平衡固溶度公式为:log[Ti]α=1.632+2293/T (850 ~ 1100K),log[Ti]α=0.2477+3401/T (300 ~ 800K)。 这对于钛的碳化物、氮化物及碳氮化物等第二相颗粒在铁基体中的固溶度积求算以及相关的固溶析出行为等方面的研究具有重要的作用。
According to the equilibrium solubility formulae of Fe2Ti in ferrite deduced by Thermo-Calc and concerned references and the formation energy of Fe2Ti, the equilibrium solubility formulae of titanium in ferrite have been derived as log[Ti]α=1.632+2293/T (850 ~ 1100K) and log[Ti]α=0.2477+3401/T (300 ~ 800K) respectively. These findings would be important in researching the solubility product of carbide, nitride and/or carbonitide of titanium in iron matrix and related solution/precipitation behavior.
