建立了钢中非金属夹杂缺陷热波散射的理论模型,基于非傅里叶热传导理论和虚拟镜像法,对含非金属夹杂缺陷的钢中热波散射场进行分析与计算,得到方程的一般解,通过数值计算,给出了不同类型非金属夹杂缺陷的几何参数和物性参数条件下钢的表面温度分布.研究结果表明:非金属夹杂缺陷改变了热波在钢中的传播特性,导致钢表面温度分布呈现双峰形式;同时,非金属夹杂缺陷的几何参数和物性参数也会影响钢的表面温度分布,从而影响热波的传播特性.
