对低碳钢(0.02 % C)和超低碳钢(0.002 %C)连铸钢坯试样,在1×10-2/s和3×10-1/s的应变速率、700~1 400 ℃温度范围条件下进行拉伸试验。结果表明,在α和γ单相区,碳浓度变化对高温强度影响较小。随着应变速度的减小,在各个相区的高温强度几乎呈等量减小。在(α+γ)两相区,高温强度发生突变,且存在着极小值,这一极小强度值随着应变速率的减小而减小。
Deformation resistance of ultra-low carbon and low carbon steels at temperature range of 700-1 400 ℃,strain rate of 1×10-2/s and 3×10-1/s have been investigated by an elevated temperature tensile test. The deformation resistance decreases with reduction in strain rate at temperature of 1 000-1 400 ℃ austenite and 700-800 ℃ α and γ phase region. The changes of stress are little in austenite region with changing of carbon content from 0.002 % to 0.02 %. In (α+γ) two phase region, there is an abrupt change and minimum of stress which is shifted toward the high temperature direction, and decreases with reduction of carbon content or strain rate.
