本文研究了两种不同形貌的氧化钛(TiO2)纳米管阵列的光电性能.采用阳极氧化和热处理在钛片表面制备了锐态型氧化钛纳米管阵列,并测量了光电流密度-电压曲线(J-V)、瞬态光电流谱(I-t)以及电化学阻抗谱(EIS),通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪表征表面形貌及晶体结构.结果表明具有完整的、均匀规则的宏观表面及微观表面的钛基氧化钛纳米管阵列,具有更优异的光电性能.
