树脂温度的分布对注射成型过程的充填平衡具有重要影响。由于型腔中传感器的安装空间有限,至今为止还没有合适的方法来测量注射成型过程中流道和小尺寸型腔中树脂温度场的分布。为了解决这一问题,文中设计了一套新式的移动式温度测量系统,该系统采用常规尺寸红外线传感器和红外线纤维传感器来测量注射模具流道内树脂温度场分布。测量结果显示,红外线纤维传感器比较适宜测量在注射成型过程中流道侧壁的温度变化。通过分析常规尺寸传感器测得的信号,可以得出高温区位置的变化趋势。
Temperature distribution of polymer has significant effect on filling imbalance in injection molding process.But due to the limited space for the sensor in the mold,no proper method has been applied to measure the temperature distribution of the resin across the runner or small-sized cavity during the filling process.To solve the problem,a movable temperature measuring device was designed and applied to measure the temperature distribution across the runner of injection mold,via fixing two kinds of infrared sensors: normal sized infrared sensor and fiber infrared senor.The results indicate that the measurement by the fiber sensor has better detection on the temperature changes near the runner wall during the whole filling stages.By adjusting the signal of the normal sized sensor,the trend of high temperature shifting phenomenon can also be measured.
