脆性材料的可靠性低,易发生突发性失效,因此很难预测其持久强度和使用寿命.目前用于预测寿命的实验法(Empirical observations)和模型法(Theoretical models)均存在很大缺陷.本研究对模型法进行了改进和创新,建立了一个新的多参数耦合高温蠕变模型,能够显著降低高温蠕变的实验量、时间和费用,改进了低温缓慢裂纹扩展计算公式.可以用于快速测定脆性材料的断裂机理图,预测不同温度、应力下的持久强度和使用寿命.
