在不添加表面活性且无模板的条件下,以钼粉和双氧水为原料,在不同温度、时间等条件下制备了三氧化钼纳米带;用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜等对产物进行了表征.结果表明:90℃时反应产物均为三氧化钼纳米带,且纳米带尺寸均匀,宽度为80~100 nm,厚度为20 nm,长度为数十微米;合成时反应温度和介质等对产物的形貌均有一定的影响.
