采用NZ2锆合金为研究对象,在相同加工率的条件下,选取不同的热轧温度800,700,650,610℃,制得厚度为1.4 mm的板材样品.通过金相,扫描电镜及透射电镜观察合金中第二相的分布、种类,并进一步使用软件统计了第二相的大小及分布规律.结果表明,大多数第二相位于晶粒内部,少数位于晶界处.第二相粒子主要为球形及棒状.选择较低的热轧温度(650℃)可以得到均匀、细小,弥散分布的第二相.
