通过DIL805-A测定了C-Si-Mn系600 MPa级冷轧双相钢的 CCT曲线,并在 Gleeble 3500上模拟了双相钢的冷轧连退工艺。得出以下结论:双相钢的连退均热温度控制在800~820℃,保温时间不小于2 min,缓冷温度控制在650~700℃,快冷结束温度不高于330℃,冷速大于15℃/s。通过 EBSD检测、透射电镜检测、力学性能检测,结果显示邯钢生产的C-Si-Mn成分体系600 MPa级冷轧双相钢马氏体的体积分数约为18%,{111}面织构强度为5.3,双相钢中马氏体类型为低碳马氏体,通卷屈服强度为344~365 MPa,抗拉强度为605~645 MPa,伸长率为24.5%~27%。其性能完全能满足汽车厂冲压安全防撞件的要求。
According to DIL805-A,the CCT curve of C-Si-Mn content 600 MPa grade cold-rolled dual-phase steel was measured.The annealing process was simulated on Gleeble3500.The results show:The soaking temperature was 800-820℃,soaking time was≥2 min,slow cooling temperature is 650-700℃,fast cooling temperature was ≤330℃,cooling rate was ≥15℃/s.According to the EBSD,the TEM,and the tension test.The properties of the 600 MPa grade cold-rolled dual-phase steel are:the volume fraction of martinet is about 1 8%,the value of{1 1 1}texture is 5 .3 ,the martinet is low carbon martinet,yield strength was 344-365 MPa,tensile strength was 605-645 MPa,elongation was 24.5% to 27%. The mechanical property can meet the requirements of making the safety parts of automotive.
