运用较简单的方法分析了4种海藻酸钠原料的结构组成.用旋转粘度计测定海藻酸钠的动力粘度,用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测定海藻酸钠的平均相对分子质量和相对分子质量分布,用傅里叶红外光谱法测定海藻酸钠的n(G) /n(M).研究了原料各性能之间的关系,并结合湿法纺丝,在同一工艺下得到不同原料所纺4种纤维,用单纤维强力仪表征了纤维的力学性能.结果表明,海藻酸钠溶液的粘度随着相对分子质量分布的变窄而增大;而随着n(G)/n(m)的增大而增大;海藻纤维的断裂强度增大,断裂伸长率先增加后减小.
