建立了精轧TWC(张力宽度控制)控制系统,其调节的机制足通过改变活套电机电流和角度来调节精轧机架间的张力,从而达到宽度补偿的目的.分析了精轧区宽度波动的不同原因,阐述了TWC控制系统原理.针对不同原因引起的宽度偏差,给出了相应的控制策略及控制模型.该TWC控制系统由4个控制模型组成,分别控制由粗轧出口引起的宽度偏差、材料硬度引起的宽度偏差、周期性宽度误差和随机性宽度误差.该控制系统投入使用后,带钢宽度的均一性得到明显改善.

The TWC(Tension Width Control)system was designed in finishing train.Looper motor currents and angles were changed to adj ust inter-stand tension for compensating width deviations.The different reasons about the width deviation were analyzed and the principle of TWC system was described.Control strategy and models of TWC corresponding to different width deviation reasons were given.The TWC system was composed of four model,which control width deviations due to the material hardness variations,periodic width errors and random width errors.With the TWC system,a better uniformity in the width has been improved a lot.
