由于白炭黑对硅橡胶具有较好的补强效果,采用白炭黑及硅微粉等补强混炼制得热硫化硅橡胶,分析白炭黑的类型、比表面积、添加量、表面基团等对复合绝缘子用硅橡胶各项性能的影响。结果表明:作为复合绝缘子用硅橡胶补强剂,气相法白炭黑优于沉淀法白炭黑;当气相法白炭黑的比表面积为200 m2/g,其表面羟基含量为40%~60%,加入量为25~35份时,硅橡胶的综合性能较优;硅微粉的加入量为5份时,硅橡胶的综合性能最佳。

Because of the good reinforcing effect of silica white on the silicone rubber, HTV silicone rub-ber was prepared by blending from silica white and silica powder. The effect of the types of silica white, specific surface area, addition amount, and surface groups on the properties of the silicone rubber for composite insulators was analyzed. The results show that the silica white prepared by gas phase meth-od is superior to the silica white prepared by precipitation method as a reinforcing agent for composite insulator. When the specific surface area of the silica white is about 200 m2/g, surface hydroxyl content is 40%~60%, and its addition amount is 25~35 phr, the comprehensive properties of the silicone rubber is better. When the silicon powder addition amount is 5 phr, the comprehensive properties of the silicone rubber is optimum.
