基于表面格林函数理论,考虑二维平移对称,通过紧束缚线性糕模轨道(TB-LMTO)表面格林函数方法和完全避开一般的块格林函数方法(GF)方法,研究了铁磁材料界面磁耦合,以Co/Cu/Co的3层膜为例,对铁磁体之间的层问交换耦合作用进行了讨论.研究表明:磁性多层结构交换耦合振荡依赖于夹层厚度,当磁性层厚度改变,单独RKKY势的贡献显著的依赖于界面耦合.这结论与一种从头计算方法,在磁性多层膜中评价交换振荡耦合的结果相一致.

Based on a theory of surface Green's function, consider the two-dimensional translational symmetry, through the tight-binding linear muffin-tin orbital (TB-LMTO) and surface Green's function method. It is studies the magnetic coupling of ferromagnetic material interface and it is discussed the ferromagnetic exchange coupling be- tween the layer for Co/Cu/Co 3-layer film, for example. The research have shown that the exchange coupling oscil- lations depends thickness of the magnetic multi-layer structure interlayer. The contribution of individual RKKY po- tential depends interface coupling when the interlayer thickness change. It is found that a conclusion is consistent with the results of the ab initio method in the in the evaluation of magnetic multilayers exchange coupled oscillation.
