以NaOH为溶剂,利用水热法在医用钛表面制备了TiO2纳米棒,系统研究了水热温度对产物的影响以及TiO2纳米棒的生长机制.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和接触角测定仪分析钛表面生成产物的形貌、物相组成和钛表面与水的接触角.结果表明,水热过程中,温度决定了产物的结构和形貌.当NaOH浓度为5 mol/L、热处理温度为450 ℃、水热温度为130 ℃时,钛表面可以生成分布及尺寸均匀、长度基本一致的TiO2纳米棒,其长度约为200 nm,直径约为20 nm,有望最大限度地提高钛植入材料的生物活性.

Titania nanorods on medical titanium surface were prepared by hydrothermal method with NaOH.The effects of hydrothermal temperature on the nano-structured TiO2 and its growth mechanism were systematically studied.Then the morphology, phase composition of production and water contact angle of titanium surface were analyzed by SEM, XRD and contact angle measuring instrument.The results indicate that when the NaOH concentration is 5 mol/L, the heat treatment temperature is 450 ℃and the hydrothermal temperature is 130 ℃, the surface can be generated uniform of distribution and size, length is almost the same type of anatase nanorods and the length and diameter of the titanium nanorods are about 200 nm and 20 nm, respectively.Besides, which is expected to maximize the biological activity of titanium implants.
