通过流体动力学和热力学理论,建立了描述硬质聚氨酯发泡体系发泡动力学的模型,模拟了模塑反应体系的发泡过程,预报了模塑体的密度和分布,探讨了影响气泡涨大、模塑体密度和分布、气泡迁移和泄出等的因素。模型是合理的,结果是可信的,对实际应用具有指导意义,并为通过理论进行材料设计提供了手段。

This paper has established a model describing dynamics of foaming system of rigid polyurethane with fluid dynamics and thermal mechanics. Using this model. we has simulated the process of foaming. forecasted the density and distribution of molded body. and discussed factors to affect the expansion, motion and leakage of vapor bubbles. the density and distribution of molded body. The model is reasonable. The results are believable. They will provide a direction to practical application, and a method to theoretical design of material.
