使用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD),研究了DA718和标准热处理718合金经过593 ℃~677 ℃时效500 h~2 000 h后α-Cr相的析出规律及其对合金性能的影响.结果表明,α-Cr经常与δ相在晶界共同析出,随着时效温度的提高和时效时间的延长,α-Cr析出数量增加.应力能够促进α-Cr的析出.α-Cr的析出是造成合金高温时效后冲击值降低的原因.
