通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对分散在硅油中不同尺寸的镓颗粒的相转变行为进行了系统研究.结果表明,随着颗粒尺寸的不断变化,镓的相结构也发生了变化,即颗粒的相结构与其尺寸相关,不同尺寸的镓颗粒对应着镓的稳态相和不同的亚稳相.针对该结果给出了可能的机理解释.
