笼型倍半硅氧烷(POSS)是由Si-O-Si键组成的无机核、顶点处连接有机取代基团的大小0.5 nm~3 nm结构规整的新型纳米分子,具有高的热稳定性.文中就聚合物/POSS纳米复合材料热性能的影响因素进行综述,讨论了各种热性能增强机理的研究进展.
