介绍了中厚板粗轧机机架辊的安装及设计结构，并对其进行分析。针对备件损耗量大、机架辊容易卡死、造成钢板滑痕等质量损失的现状，对机架辊的齿轮箱及传动装置进行改造和型式优化，统一了机前机后机架辊的型号，避免了机架辊故障的经常发生，降低了备件成本和生产成本。
The constructure and assemble of feed rolls in a heavy plate rough mill are introduced and analyzed. In the condition of large consumption of spare parts, frequent jamming of feed rolls, and slipping defect on plate surface, a revamping project for the gear box and the drive unit was carried out. The types of feed rolls were unified and optimized,which is helpful to avoid failure happening to save the cost of spare parts and production.
