采用热压缩试验研究了22Cr铸态双相不锈钢在变形温度为1000~1200℃,应变速率为1~50 s-1条件下的热变形行为.为了准确的表征双相不锈钢热变形过程中的力学行为,修正了热压缩过程中摩擦和变形热效应引起的流变应力误差.在此基础上建立了双相不锈钢的流变应力预测模型.该模型通过考虑应变对材料常数(α、n、Q和lnA)的影响,进一步获得了双相不锈钢热变形过程中流变应力与变形温度、应变速率和应变的关系.结果表明:所建立的模型能较好的预测双相不锈钢的热变形行为,预测值与实验值的相关系数为0.995,平均相对误差为4.48%.

Hot deformation behaviors of as-cast duplex stainless steel 22Cr were investigated at 1000-1200 ℃ and strain rates of 1-50 s-1 by hot compression test.In order to accurately characterize mechanical behavior of the duplex stainless steel during hot deformation,the errors in flow stress caused by friction and thermal effect were corrected.The prediction model of flow stress behavior for the steel was established based on the corrected data.By considering the effect of true strain on material constants (α 、n、Q and lnA),the relationship between flow stress and deformation temperature,strain rate and strain of the duplex stainless steel during hot deformation was obtained.The results show that the established model can predict the hot deformation behavior of the as-cast duplex stainless steel,the correlation coefficient and average relative error of predicted and measured values are 0.995 and 4.48%,respectively.
