赵永庆教授基于Access 2000关系数据库平台,采用面向对象的可视化编程语言Visual Basic开发了钛合金基本关系数据库;建立了一套可行的钛合金显微组织的定量分析方法与模型,实现了钛合金显微组织中相的体积分数、β晶粒大小、α条的厚度及丛域尺寸、α条的形态、位向分布等特征参数的定量描述.采用Feret Ratio建立了典型钛合金α相的统一表征模型;运用经验电子理论(EET)探讨了亚稳β钛合金的β相稳定性、贫化β相与富化β相分离及控制富化β相分解的微观机理,为实现亚稳β钛合金的成分理论设计提供理论基础.
