本文利用涡流管对气体膨胀具有较高效率的优势,和喷射器能够引射低压流体的特点,将涡流管与喷射器相结合,提出一种新型制冷系统,并对所提出的系统进行热力学分析,结果表明,在本文的计算工况下,在蒸发温度为一10—10℃时,利用喷射器和涡流管的新型制冷系统性能优于利用喷射器的普通制冷系统和闪蒸气旁通两级压缩制冷系统,COP分别提高约15%和9%。新系统以R744作为工质时性能较优。

Based on the advantages of vortex tube on expansion gas and the characteristics of ejector to inject low pressure gas, a new refrigeration system with vortex tube and ejector is put forward, and thermodynamic performance is analyzed. The results show that in this calculation conditions, when the evaporating temperature ranges are from -10-10℃, the performance of the new refrigeration system with vortex tube and ejector is better than that of the ejector-refrigeration system and that of the two-stage flash steam bypass refrigeration system, with COP increasing 15% and 9% respectively. This new system has better performance when the working fluid is R744.
