对某新型超高强度钢(83钢)进行950℃淬火不同温度回火(200~700℃),除测定其静态力学性能外,利用霍普金森杆采用动态压缩和强迫剪切方法对其动态压缩性能进行了研究,并分析了回火温度对其性能的影响.结果表明,83钢在250~450℃范围内回火后存在回火脆性,塑韧性较差,绝热剪切破坏较严重,在其他温度下回火,随回火温度的升高,材料塑韧性和绝热剪切破坏程度逐步改善.
