文章探讨了在不同碱度条件下烧结矿粒度分布的分形特征,并计算出其粒度组成的分形维数值。结果表明在现有的原燃料条件下其分形维数值随着烧结矿碱度的增加而降低,说明使用分形维数定量表征烧结矿在不同碱度条件下的粒度组成是可行的。同时为更加深入表达不同碱度下烧结矿的烧结特性提供了新的理论依据和研究方法。
The fractional characteristics of granularity distribution for sinter of Tangshan stainless steel corporation with different basicity were investigated by fractional theory and their fractional dimensions were worked out by calculation. The results showed that the fractional dimension is reduce with the basicity on the condition of existing material and fuel. It is suggested that it is workable to characterize the granularity distribution of sintering mineral with different basicity. And the new theory basic and research ways was provided for understanding the sintering nature of mineral thoroughly.
