采用烧结杯制备烧结试样,依据实验结果在水钢65 m2烧结机上进行工业试验;应用标准转鼓测试强度、光学显微镜和X射线衍射仪分析组织和相结构,研究了原料成分波动对烧结矿强度的影响。结果表明,SiO2含量对烧结矿强度有较大影响,SiO2的质量分数为5.37%~5.67%时,烧结矿强度较高;MgO和FeO含量对烧结矿强度也有一定影响,SiO2的质量分数为4.84%~5.00%时,降低烧结料中的MgO和FeO含量可促进烧结矿中铁酸钙的生成,改善其强度。

The influence of composition of charge on sinter strength was studied by means of tumbling test, optical microscopy and Xray diffraction (XRD). The samples were prepared with sintering cup, and the production trial was conducted on Shuigang 65 m2 sintering machine based on the experimental results. It was shown that the SiO2 content has a major effect on the sinter strength. When the SiO2 content was 5.375.67%, the sinter had a higher strength.Both the MgO and FeO contents have some effect on the sinter strength. While the SiO2 content was 4.845.00%, the calcium ferrite was formed by decreasing both w(MgO) and w(FeO) and the sinter strength was improved.
