以ISFET为基础的生物传感器目前已经得到了广泛应用.综述了ISFET的优势、制造技术、工作原理及其分类;重点介绍了近年来国际上ISFET在各领域的应用;针对ISFET存在的问题,提出了一些解决方案,展望了ISFET的未来,指出它将朝着复合多功能的方向发展.
