主要研究了316L不锈钢基体表面微孔聚丙交酯/乙交酯(PLGA)高分子载药涂层的制备技术,探索出空气湿度、温度、涂膜液的浓度等参数对涂层表面的孔径影响的规律,制备出孔径均匀的不锈钢表面PLGA涂层,并对微孔涂层在人工模拟体液(hank's溶液)中的初始降解(3个星期)形貌进行了考察,从而为开发心血管介入治疗不锈钢支架上的微孔载药涂层技术奠定基础.
