规模化制备高性能烧结钕铁硼材料对磁体磁性能稳定性提出了很高的要求.研究了Zr和Nb添加对磁体性能稳定性的影响.结果表明:Zr添加含量增加到0.07%,磁体的烧结温度可高达1110℃,晶粒不发生异常长大,矫顽力达到1021 kA/m左右,Nb的添加提高了磁体的方形度.当Nb和Zr复合添加时,制备的磁体磁性能高,性能稳定性好,最大磁能积为403.8±4.7 kJ/m3,这主要是由于Zr的添加极大地降低了磁体对烧结温度的敏感性.
