铸坯的质量问题大部分是在铸坯凝固的时候形成的,而凝固过程又是一个很复杂的冷却过程,受到连铸工艺参数的影响。合理的连铸工艺参数可以得到一个理想的铸坯温度场,对铸坯质量有一定的提高。运用有限元法对铸坯的凝固过程进行了仿真,就连铸工艺参数对铸坯凝固的过程的影响进行了讨论,为实际生产提供参考。

Most quality problems of continuous casting slab formed in the process of solidification, which is a very complex cooling process affected by technological parameters of continuous casting. Reasonable technological parameters can have an ideal temperature field of slab, which can improve the quality of continuous casting slab. Finite element method (FEM) to simulate the temperature field of slab was used, and then the influence of the technological parameters of the continuous casting on the process of solidification was discussed, and the necessary reference data for the actual production was provided.
