采用耐热改性剂对环氧树脂进行改进,分别选用A、B、C3种不同类型的短切玻璃毡制备环氧玻璃毡层压板,并对其力学性能及电气性能进行测试和分析。结果表明:经改性环氧树脂制备的环氧玻璃毡板的耐热性能显著提高,其中使用A型短切玻璃毡制备的改性环氧玻璃毡层压板的综合性能较好,满足IEC标准中EP-GM305玻璃毡板技术指标的要求,达到H级耐热等级,并与国外同类产品的技术水平相当。

Epoxy resin glass mat laminated sheets were prepared by the epoxy resin modified by heat resistant modifier and three different types of chopped glass mat, and their mechanical properties and electrical properties were tested. The results indicate that the heat resistance of the epoxy resin glass mat laminated sheet prepared by the modified epoxy resin is improved obviously. The comprehensive proper-ties of the modified epoxy resin glass mat laminated sheet prepared by type A glass mat are better, and the heat resistance attain grade H, which can satisfy the IEC standard requirements of EPGM305 and can reach the technical level of foreign similar products.
