针对中国当前炉料结构的合理性在高炉炼铁节能减排中的效果和地位,进行了系统的分析和论述。提出高炉炼铁“合理的炉料结构”这一理论概念和实践:高炉炼铁要实现精料;现代烧结是精料加工厂;不宜选用烧结工艺进行铁精矿造块;球团具有更优越的冶金性能;低品位含铁原料加工成预还原金属化炉料对高炉炼铁节能减排是有利的。

This paper systematically analyses and discusses the rationality of the blast furnace burden structure and its effect on energy saving. A concept of the theory and practice is brought forward, called "Reasonable Blast Furnace Burden Structure": the blast furnace should eat the refined burden, made in modern sintering; sintering process should not use concentrate for making block; pellet has better metallurgical properties; pre-reduction charging from low-grade raw material is favorable for energy saving in the blast furnace process.
