以偏硅酸钠为硅源,采用沉淀法将Fe3 O4颗粒包覆在SiO2中,制备了磁性核壳型Fe3 O4@SiO2。通过单因素实验考察了反应时间、盐酸滴加时间和偏硅酸钠浓度对样品包覆率的影响,并对样品的物相和显微结构进行了分析与表征。结果表明:偏硅酸钠可作为制备磁性核壳型Fe3 O4@SiO2材料的硅源;适宜的反应条件为反应时间2h、盐酸滴加时间2h、偏硅酸钠浓度0.2mol·L-1,此时样品包覆率接近100%;SiO2对Fe3 O4形成了有效包覆,但存在团聚现象。
The core-shell magnetic particles of Fe3 O4@SiO2 were prepared by the method of precipitation using Na2 SiO3·9H2 O as silica sources. The effects of reaction time,HCl addition time and Na2 SiO3 concentration on the coating ratio of Fe3 O4@SiO2 were investigated by single-factor experiments, and the phase and microstructure of Fe3O4@SiO2 were characterized. The results showed that Na2SiO3·9H2O could be used to prepare Fe3O4@SiO2. The optimal reaction conditions were reaction time of 2h,HCl addition time of 2h and Na2 SiO3 concentration of 0. 2mol·L-1,and here the coating ratio of the obtained sample was about 100%. The Fe3O4 particles had been incorpo-rated into the SiO2 coating,but the conglomeration had slightly taken place in the preparation process of Fe3 O4@SiO2.
