开发了一种新型的空穴传输材料H40,以其制成的器件(ITO/H40/Alq3/LiF:Al)最高发光强度达到10300cd/m2;未经封装的另一种器件(ITO/H40\Alq3\Mg:Ag),发光强度由150cd/m2衰减到50cd/m2的时间达到1h.与传统的空穴传输材料TPD相比,H40制成的器件具有更好的热稳定性,器件的工作寿命也长得多.同时发现通过适量的掺杂能够调节器件的发光颜色.
