为了研究盐雾腐蚀环境对频率选择表面FSS(Frequency selective surfaces)传输性能的影响,本文按照GJB150-86对不同材料和加工工艺的FSS进行了盐雾试验,考查了FSS的谐振频率、传输损耗、带宽和入射角稳定性,并比较了它们在盐雾试验前后的差别.结果表明:盐雾环境可以使FSS的传输损耗增大1.5-2dB,带宽增大0.4-1GHz,不同材料和工艺FSS的传输损耗和带宽增加的幅度不同;组合振子FSS的传输损耗和带宽比简单振子FSS增加的幅度大;盐雾环境对FSS平板的谐振频率和入射角稳定性影响较小.
In order to study the effects of salt fog conditions on transmission properties of frequency selective surfaces (FSS), the salt fog test on FSS followed GJB150 -86 using different coatings and machining proces-ses was completed. The resonant frequency, transmission loss, band width and sensitivities to the varying an-gles of incidence were respectively studied. Results show that the transmission loss is increased by 1.5 -2 dB and the band width is increased by 0. 4 - 1GHz after the salt fog test. The increase degrees of FSS using differ-ent coatings and machining processes are apparently different. The increase degrees of transmission loss and band width for compound cell FSS are larger than those of simple cell FSS. The resonant frequency and sensi-tivities to the varying angles of incidence are slightly influenced after the salt fog test.
