基于有限元分析方法,针对复合材料在风电叶片制造过程中可能出现的缺陷——纤维波纹,建立了一种有限元微观模型预测单向均一波纹板的力学性能.在ANSYS软件中,采用参数化建模方法,建立正弦曲线状波纹的单胞模型,即代表性体积元(RVE).采用均匀化方法,建立周期性边界条件,求出不同的加载条件下平均应力与应变关系,进而得到等效刚度.此外,对轴向压缩载荷下纤维基体局部应力进行了数值模拟和计算.结果表明,波纹比对复合材料刚度影响较大,特别是纵向杨氏模量损失严重,正应力和层间应力在沿波纹方向发生了显著变化.
