利用热模拟试验机、箱式电阻炉、冲击试验机等设备分别对H21、H11、H13、DM以及德国牌号1.2367钢等五种典型热作模具钢进行了高温压缩试验、冲击试验和热稳定试验,对比研究了不同钢的性能特点.结果表明:DM专利钢、1.2367钢淬回火后组织细小均匀,为马氏体基体上弥散分布小颗粒状碳化物;DM、H21钢的热稳定性较H11、H13、1.2367钢的好,1.2367钢的回火抗力优于H11、H13钢的;1.2367、DM钢在具有高硬度的同时,也具有良好的冲击韧度,与传统的高热强性热作模具钢相比,两者具有良好的高温抗压性能.
High temperature compressive test,impact test and thermal stability test were carried out with five kinds of typical hot die steels such as H21,H11,H13,DM and Germany grade 1.2367 by using thermal simulator,box type resistance furnace and impact testing machine respectively.Mechanical property characteristics of different materials were studied.The results show that the patented DM steel and 1.2367 steel had small and homogeneous microstructure after quenching and tempering,granular carbides were distributed dispersively on the martensite matrix.DM and H21 steels had better thermal stability than H11,H13 and 1.2367,however,the tempering resistance of 1.2367 steel was better than that of H11 and H13 steels.1.2367 and DM steels had high hardness and better impact toughness,better high-temperature compressive property,compared with traditional high hot-strength hot die steels.
