采用溶胶-凝胶法在不同颗粒尺寸的再结晶碳化硅材料表面制备了莫来石涂层,研究了涂层和颗粒尺寸对再结晶碳化硅材料在 1 500℃时的高温氧化行为的影响.结果表明:莫来石涂层可显著提高再结晶碳化硅材料的高温抗氧化能力,且随涂层厚度增加,再结晶碳化硅材料的抗氧化能力提高;而且莫来石涂层和粗颗粒碳化硅粒子共同作用时效果更好.
