为预防和消除由带钢局部高点引起的冷轧钢卷开卷后产生的附加局部浪形,在建立了描述带钢失稳波形模型的基础上,基于薄板能量理论和局部高点层间压力模型推导出带钢附加局部浪形失稳临界值的计算公式,运用数值模拟方法定量分析了局部高点单因素对开卷带钢附加局部浪形的影响,数学模型的可靠性得到了模拟计算和生产试验验证,从而为生产现场治理带钢附加局部浪形缺陷提供了重要的指导依据,并创造了良好的经济效益。研究结果表明,随着带钢局部高点值的增大,带钢失稳临界压应力值就越小,开卷带钢附加局部浪形就越容易发生。

To solve additional local waviness of uncoiled strip caused by local high spot, the destabilization waviness model was established, and the critical destabilization value of additional local waviness was deduced based on strip energy theory and local high spot layers stress model. The influence of local high spot on additional local waviness of uncoiled strip was quantitatively analysed by numerical simulation. The reliability of mathematical model was proved by simulation calculation and production experiment, which provided the important guide basis for solving additional local waviness of uncoiled strip in production and bring enormously economic benefits for corporations. The research results show that with local high spot value increase, critical compression stress value of destabilization waviness will be reduced, and additional local waviness of uncoiled strip is more likely to occur.
