采用熔融共混法制备了乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)/纳米SiO2复合材料,用不同的吹膜工艺对复合材料进行吹膜。通过偏光显微镜(POM)、差示扫描量热分析仪(DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)测试对比了不同吹膜工艺制备的复合材料的结晶行为,并对复合材料的力学性能、阻隔性能和透明性进行了表征。研究发现,不同吹膜工艺改变了EVOH/纳米SiO2复合材料薄膜结构的有序程度(取向度、结晶度、高分子链的排列)、结晶形态等,使薄膜的力学性能、阻隔性能及光学性能得到明显的改善,当SiO2的质量比m(SiO2)/m(EVOH)=5/100时最为突出,透湿、透气系数最大可下降54.2%、64.4%;拉伸强度最大可提高67.3%。
Ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer(EVOH)/ SiO2 nano-composites were prepared by melt blending and blown to film with different film-blowing processes.The crystallization behavior of the nanocomposites prepared by different film-blowing processes was analyzed through polarizing microscope(POM),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The mechanical properties,barrier properties,and transparency of the EVOH/SiO2 composites were characterized.Test results show that: different film-blowing processes can change the ordered structure(orientation,crystallinity) and crystalline form of the EVOH/SiO2 nano-composites film,so that the mechanical properties,barrier properties and optical properties of the films are significantly improved.When m(SiO2)/m(EVOH)=5/100,the moisture permeability coefficient of EVOH/SiO2 composite film decreases 54.2%,the oxygen permeability coefficient of EVOH/SiO2 composite film decreases 64.4%;and the tensile strength increases 67.3%.
