通过测试磷酸钾镁胶结材料(MKPC)浆体的抗压强度和水养护剩余强度率,研究酸碱组份比例、粉煤灰掺量对MKPC浆体早期水稳定性的影响.通过测试MKPC浆体的初始水化温度和MKPC硬化体的吸水率,分析其影响机理,结果表明:由于复合缓凝剂有效延缓了MKPC浆体的早期水化反应速度,MKPC浆体组成结构中酸组份比例可大幅降低,有足量未反应的MgO颗粒存在起到微集料作用.在MKPC中掺适量粉煤灰且保证较高的碱组份比例,粉煤灰球形颗粒可填充水化物之间孔隙,且与足量未水化的MgO颗粒形成较好的级配搭配,使MKPC硬化体结构更加致密;在水养护条件下,水份不易渗入,磷酸盐及其水化物溶解和水解的可能性均减小,早期水稳定性明显提高.其中酸碱质量比例为1∶3和粉煤灰掺量为20%的MKPC硬化体的水养护剩余强度率达到90%以上.
