对Fe-44%C超高碳钢奥氏体化后分别进行直接淬火、中温(150,175,200,225,250℃)等温淬火不同时间及退火处理,主要研究了中温等温淬火后的显微组织以及中温等温时贝氏体束的形成模式.结果表明:试验钢在低于200℃的中温等温时形成了独立分散的棒状贝氏体,高于200℃时形成了贝氏体束,其由新生贝氏体棒在已生成的贝氏体棒侧部平行长成演变而来;贝氏体棒中的碳固溶度高于珠光体铁素体中的,且随着中温等温温度的降低,贝氏体棒中的碳固溶度增大.
