以油酸为起始原料,通过酯化反应、巯基-烯点击反应和库尔修斯重排反应合成了3种聚氨酯用油酸基衍生物:油酸基羧酸型亲水扩链剂、油酸基二元醇和油酸基二异氰酸酯.利用这3种单体共聚制备了油酸基聚氨酯水分散体.用核磁和红外表征了单体的结构;采用摆杆硬度测试、耐水性测试、示差扫描量热仪和热重分析仪对聚氨酯涂膜的机械性能和热性能进行表征,并将其性能与全石油基线型聚氨酯进行比较.研究结果表明:采用油酸基单体可成功制备与石油基聚氨酯性能相当的材料.
