采用5%NaC1溶液浸泡法、动电位极化曲线法(Tafel)和扫描电镜(SEM)研究了在Ce~(3+)-MnO~-_4稀土转化膜体系中加入HF_2~-离子对转化膜耐腐蚀性能及表面结构的影响,并对成膜过程进行了探讨,初步提出转化膜生长三阶段模型.研究表明,添加HF_2~-离子的溶液不仅可以消除膜层表面微观裂纹,还降低成膜温度、缩短成膜时间、提高膜层耐腐蚀性能.成膜时,首先在试样表面形成三维骨架,然后不断向骨架内沉积Al、Ce的氧化物或氢氧化物,直至将空间填平,形成致密层,最后在致密层基础上形成的疏松层.

5% NaC1 solution at 30℃,potentiodynamic polarization curves and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were specificly used to stduy the influence of HF_2~- added to the Ce(NO_3)_3-KMnO_4 system on the corrosion resistance and surface characterization of rare earth conversion coating, the process of film-forming and the stage of film-growth have also been investigated.It is shown that HF_2~- can not only eliminate surface micro-cracks but also can greatly shorten the formation time and improve corrosion resistance.The process of film-forming can be divided into three stages.Three-dimensional skeleton is formed firstly followed by compact layer which covers the whole surfaces deposits and then,loose structure is formed based on compact layer with the time lasts.
