本文以火电机组石灰石石膏湿法脱硫系统能耗为研究对象,通过分析脱硫系统主要能耗设备的能耗特性,得出影响脱硫能耗的主要因素,并对这些主要影响因素与脱硫能耗间的关系进行多元回归分析,从而建立脱硫能耗的数学模刊。最后以我国40台典型火电机组湿法脱硫系统实际运行数据为基础,通过多元回归分析,建立脱硫能耗的数学模型,结果表明脱硫能耗数学模型既有一定的物理意义,又具有良好的统计学依据,与电厂实际脱硫能耗数据能较好地符合,从而为火电机组湿法脱硫系统的能耗预测和节能运行提供依据和基础。
This paper studies the energy consumption characteristics of the wet flue gas desul- phurization (FGD) system in thermal power plant. And the main factors affecting the energy con- smni)tion of FGD system have been found out through the one by one analysis of its main high energy-consuming equipments. Furthermore, the multiple regressive analysis on the relationship between the main factors and the energy consumption of FGD system has been carried out so as to set up the energy consumption mathematical model of the desulfurization of thermal power plant, Finally, on the basis of operation data of 40 typical FGD systems of the t.hermal power plaints in China, a mathematical model of desulfurization energy consumption has been set up. The results obtained here show that the proposed mathematical model can be well consistent with the actual situation of the desulfurization energy consumption, which can lay a solid foundation for the energy consmnption forecast and energy-saving research of FGD system in power plants.
