通过改变氧化铝粉体中纳米铝粉含量,研究了纳米铝粉对烧结氧化铝晶粒形态的影响.当铝粉质量分数为0.01%和0.1%时,氧化铝的晶粒分布具有双峰结构,部分晶粒为长柱状和板状晶粒,而当铝粉质量分数为0.5%时,整个氧化铝晶粒都呈现均匀、等轴结构,其与氧化镁的作用相类似.

The microstructural evolution during sintering of Al_2O_3 was investigated to determine the role of Al nanoparticles. Compared with specimens without Al, a few platelike Al_2O_3 grains were observed with the addition of 0.01% and 0.1% (mass fraction) Al nanoparticles. When Al content was increased to 0.5%, a fine, equiaxed and homogeneous grained microstructure was obtained. This effect of Al on the microstructure of the sintered Al_2O_3 is similar to that of MgO.
