设计了一种双旋流槽离心式喷嘴,采用高速录像系统,研究了液体推进剂模拟工质在喷口处的雾化角特性。在实验基础上,建市r离心式喷嘴内流的VOF模型,基于FLUENT软件进行了数值模拟,获得了喷嘴内流场密度、速度分布特性。结果表明:喷雾初期喷嘴内存在一个空气核,随后很快消失,雾化角变小并趋于稳定。雾化角计算值与测量值吻合较好。
The spray angle characteristics of the simulation liquid propellant medium at the outlet of swirl nozzle which has two inlet slots are studied with high speed camera system. Based on the experiment, the VOF model of swirl nozzle inter flow properties was proposed. Based on the FLUENT software, the numerical simulation was carried out and the density and velocity contours are got. The results indicate that: there is an air core at the initial of the spray, as time goes on, the air core disappears and the spray angle is decreasing to a fit value as the spray is stable. The numerical results coincide well with the experimental results.
