对核电站反应堆换料水池和燃料水池冷却和处理系统(PTR系统)换料水箱地脚螺栓腐蚀情况进行分析.结果表明,电偶腐蚀、缝隙腐蚀是造成螺栓腐蚀失效的主要原因.针对地脚螺栓现场特点,研发了一套注蜡设备,并对地脚螺栓采用注蜡防腐蚀,获得了良好效果.

The corrosion failure cases of anchor bolts for PTR containers in nuclear power plants were analyzed.The results show that galvanic corrosion and crevice corrosion are the main causes of the failure.According to the anticorrosion design requirements,a set of equipment used for protection of anchor bolt by injecting paraffin is designed.
