制冷剂水合物作为一种理想的蓄冷工质受到广泛关注,但烃类制冷剂与水不互溶造成水合反应诱导时间长、过冷度大.为增大制冷剂与水的相容性,本研究筛选出T20(吐温20)/SPC(大豆卵磷脂)复配表面活性剂,使大量R141b溶于水相,形成热力学稳定的微乳液,考察了微乳液体系中T20浓度、R141b含量、温度等对水合物生成诱导时间的影响,在该体系中均匀快速生成了大量R141b水合物晶体颗粒,诱导时间显著缩短,得到了致密的水合物浆体,提高了蓄冷密度.
Refrigerant hydrate has received extensive attention as an ideal working fluid for cool storage.As most refrigerants are not miscible with water,refrigerant hydrates are often formed after a long induction time under high supercooling degree.In this study,combinational surfactants T20 (Tween 20)/SPC (Soya phosphatidylcho]ine) was selected from several snrfactant additives in preparing thermodynamically stable refrigerant R141b(CH3CCl2F)/water microemulsions to increase the solubility of R141b in water.The effect of T20 concentration,R141b content and temperature were investigated experimentally.Compared to the hydration in R141b/H2O coarse mixture system,induction time of hydration in microemulsion was reduced significantly and cooling storage density of the hydrate slurry was enlarged.
